Winter Jam, one of the nation’s largest Christian music tours, stopped in the area this week, drawing a large crowd for an evening centered on worship, music, and faith. The annual tour, known for combining live performances with ministry moments, continues to attract attendees of all ages from across the region.
The event featured multiple Christian artists such as Chris Tomlin, Matthew West, New Song, Hulvey, Disciple, Kate Nicole, and more! Each artist was spanning a range of styles, including worship, hip hop, and contemporary Christian music. Each set was met with enthusiastic audience response, with attendees singing along and participating throughout the night raising their hands to praise Jesus and praying for each other. Poduction elements, including lighting and sound, helped transform the arena into a worship focused environment.
In addition to music, Winter Jam emphasized its longstanding mission of accessibility. Rather than traditional ticket pricing, the tour operates on a donation based entry, allowing families and individuals to attend regardless of financial circumstances. Organizers say the approach reflects the tour’s goal of making worship and the Gospel widely available.
Between performances, speakers such as Zane Black addressed the audience with messages centered on faith, perseverance, and hope. Several artists shared personal testimonies, discussing challenges they have faced and the role their faith has played in their lives and careers. These moments provided context beyond the music and reinforced the event’s spiritual focus.
Winter Jam has been touring for more than two decades and continues to remain a staple in the Christian music community. Its ability to bring together large crowds in a worship setting highlights the continued demand for faith based events on a national scale.
For many in attendance, the night served as more than entertainment. Winter Jam offered a shared experience rooted in music, community, and belief that extended beyond the final song of the evening performed by Chris Tomlin.
