On March 4, 2026- Silverstein released their official video for “Stress” that was edited and filmed by the legendary Dylan Flipps. The video was created during the 25 Years Of Noise Tour and it captures the raw energy and the exhilarating atmosphere that mirrors what the band wanted to express. “Stress” is so emotionally driven that it will immerse the listener into a journey of trying to be who you want, but also attempting to be someone others WANT to see. The single represents the vulnerability of what occurs when becoming overwhelmed. Listening to “Stress” reminds us that we are all the same in that aspect because we sometimes get so lost in our heads that we forget that life has so much more to offer.

“I think we can all get caught up taking ourselves a little too seriously at times, so the entire goal of ‘Stress’ was to make the antidote. Something that was simple, heavy, and kind of ridiculous. It’s like 2 minutes of just smashing the reset button in your brain. It’s bouncy, it’s fun, it’s got some funny lyrics and references baked into it which I really like and is not something we do often. When we finally started playing it live, the room just felt lighter. Everyone was having fun in the pit and on stage, and I think the footage in the video would confirm that.” – Paul Marc Rousseau
“We’re so excited to finally share the official video for ‘Stress.’ Getting to use footage from the 25 Years of Noise tour made this one feel extra special. It perfectly captures the chaos, the connection, and pure adrenaline this song brings to the stage every night.
Shane Told continues; “Stress feels in some ways like a throwback, but at the same time it pushes us into new territory. Performing it on the biggest tour of our career really brought that full circle feeling home.”
