Zakk Wylde brings Black Label Society North America Tour 2026 to New Mexico bring with him Dark Chapel and Black Sabbath cover band Zakk Sabbath. The Revel Entertainment Center was close to full as the concert started by the end of the night; the place was bulging with Black Label Society fans.
Dark Chapel formed by guitarist/vocalist Dario Lorina, who has been the guitarist for Black Label Society since 2014. Lorina started his career in 2006 at 16 years old and has played with the late Jani Lane and later with Lizzy Borden before being picked up by the Black Label Society. He formed Dark Chapel in 2024 and by the beginning of 2025 they released their debut album, Spirit in the Glass.
The band consists of Dario Lorina (guitar/vocals), Brody DeRozie (guitar), Mike Gunn (bass) and Luis Silva (drums). The band has a grungy heavy metal sound with punchy riffs and pounding bass lines. Performing songs from their debut album they opened up with “Afterglow” followed by “Hallow Smile” and then “Sign of Life” they also did a great cover of Bill Withers, “Ain’t No Sunshine” The songs were tight and they have a great sound looking forward to more from Lorina and Dark Chapel.

Zakk Sabbath the renowned Black Sabbath tribute band led by guitarist Zakk Wylde who was a guitarist for Oz Osbourne has since 2014 kept the Black Sabbath sound alive. With Zakk Wylde guitarist and vocalist, John (JD) DeServio bassist and Jeff Fabb on drums. The band performed some of the best Oz songs, keeping them alive for us all to enjoy.
As they entered the stage, Wylde jumped on a platform and took command of the crowd and stage, with his long hair flying all over the place wearing a leather vent and kilt. DeServio all dressed in black interacted with the crowd pumping them up as each song started; Fabb demonstrated solid control of the drum with precision and talent. With each song, the crowd got louder. They started the set with “Children of the Grave”, “Snowblind” and “Faires Wear Boots” followed by “Basically “ and then the crowd went wild as they started, ”N.I.B.” and finished with the longest version of “War Pigs” I have ever heard with the crowd surfing and crowd singing as loud as the band.

Black Label Society grew out the Los Angeles from the heavy metal scene in 1998. Zakk Wylde had been a musician in the scene bouncing from a couple bands, he even created a few solo album, but by 1998 him and drummer Nick Catanese decided that they wanted to form what is now known as Black Label Society, 28 years later and 12 released albums the 12th being released by end of the March entitled, Engines of Demolition.
The band has taken on many musicians over the years, but they are at their peak right now and feel like they are producing the music they truly want to share with their fans. With Zakk Wylde as vocalist/guitarist, John (JD) DeServio bassist, Dario Lorina guitarist and Jeff Fabb on drums. But do not think that Wylde limits himself as just a guitarist and vocalist he also during the concert played the piano and a double neck guitar.
The curtain was raised with the Black Label Society emblem on it, equipment was switched out, mics were checked, and lights checked. Wilde jumped on the platform and started playing the guitar, then with the crowd starting to cheer the curtain dropped and four fog machines blew white columns of smoke straight into the air across the front of the stage. The electricity in the air was beyond measure as they opened with “Funeral Bells, followed by “Name in Blood” as the crowd was cheering and jumping in place they performed “Destroy and Conquer” The crowd surfing beginnings as the band played one song after another and just as you could not imagine the crowd being any louder and engaged Wylde hit the first notes of Oz Osbourne “No More Tears” Zakk Wylde is a pure entertainer and he is so connected with his fans and he truly knows that the fans want to keep the legend alive at every concert.
Going to a Black Label Society concert is a religious experience, a family, a nation of BLS power. Go to their website or your favorite social media page and get in line for their new album, Engines of Demolition. Check out these links
