Sam Fender Releases Expanded Deluxe Version of People Watching

Sam Fender releases the expanded deluxe edition of People Watching, his 2025 Mercury Prize winning, chart topping, critically acclaimed third album. The album was originally released earlier this year via Capitol Records.

The expanded edition features eight additional tracks. Four songs originally appeared on Fender’s limited edition Record Store Day vinyl only EP Me and The Dog. Three brand new recordings join them, along with the previously released “Talk To You (feat. Elton John).” The deluxe also includes the first physical release of “Rein Me In (with Olivia Dean).”

Originally released in February 2025, People Watching received widespread critical acclaim and established Fender as one of the most significant British artists of his generation. The album sold more than 100,000 copies in its first week in the UK, outselling the rest of the top ten combined. It became the fastest selling album by a British solo artist since Spring 2022. Its release was followed by a run of sold out stadium performances last summer, including a major show at the London Stadium.

Last month, the concert film Live at London Stadium premiered online. Directed by Toby L and Kit Monteith and produced by Up The Game, the film showcases Sam Fender performing to a crowd of more than 80,000 fans.
