On January 16, 2026- Iris Copperman released her debut single “Struggle Bus” via Interscope Records. Listening to “Struggle Bus” reminds me of my journey as an individual that experienced every emotion and not realizing that it’s okay to feel those emotions. Iris Copperman’s soft vocals in “Struggle Bus” gives a sense of vulnerability and emotional honesty allowing listener’s to resonate to her as an artist.

“I wrote ‘Struggle Bus’ because I wanted to show love to every version of myself. The song uses the idea of a bus to show that every part of me is allowed along for the ride, even the messy or sad parts. I’ve felt a lot of different emotions, and this song helped me put them into words. It’s about having different sides to yourself and knowing that it’s okay to feel sad, cry, and then wake up and try again the next day. I hope people can feel the honesty in the song and feel accepted for exactly who they are.” – Iris Copperman
