Interview with Brian Tichy of Led By Vultures about debut single “Get It Right”

Heavy rock band from Los Angeles; Led By Vultures released their debut single “Get It Right” that’s raw, organic, and energetic that will capture attention very quickly! The single is emotionally charged and has such an addicting pounding rhythm that keeps the listener on their toes. It’s filled with intensity and momentum increases as the song progresses which is like a storm waiting to burst through the clouds.

Interviewer: Can you give some insight about the band?

Brian Tichy: “It’s something that’s been a long time coming, with way too much procrastination. After playing gtr in a Van Halen cover band I put together with friends, as I geeked out hard for a couple of years digging into Eddie Van Halen, we did one gig, which was a lot of fun. But the next day, I said, ok, so you did it. Are you gonna keep playing VH covers? To what end ? Or , are you gonna start recording this damn record. So I started the next day. This was Feb of 2025.

Interviewer: What made you realize this project had real potential?

Brian Tichy: “The only potential I know it has is for me. I wanted to prove to myself I could get it done and be happy with it. If others like it, then that’s great!

Interviewer: What emotions or atmosphere are you trying to create with your music?

Brian Tichy: “The power of the riff and then some! Hopefully the music moves and grooves the listener, and they get excited. And that leads to feeling positive, and they spread more positivity and self-belief in their lives. And they buy the record! Ha ..

Interviewer: What can you tell us about your latest single or release?

Brian Tichy: “It’s called “Get It Right.” It’s an old song I had that I had demoed up years ago. My buddy always liked it and said, “dude, you really need to re-record this for this record.  I had wanted something simple and heavy to lead the record off with, and after a little thought, figured why not. I like the main riff and how the song doesn’t let up from the get go, in this same fashion as some songs from my favorite bands.

Interviewer: What’s the biggest goal for this band right now?

Brian Tichy: “Right now? Headline stadiums! But that may take a year or so, so we are fine with arenas until then! Ha … the goal is to simply “start spreading the news” and get it out there.

Interviewer: Where do you see your sound evolving from here?

Brian Tichy: “That’s the beauty of evolution; you let the future dictate that. And since I have no clue what the future holds, I’ll figure it out when that becomes the present!”

Interviewer: What do you want people to feel when they hear your music?

Brian Tichy: “Pretty much good feelings. I know the feelings I had when I first heard Zeppelin, Aerosmith, KISS, Rush, Van Halen, AC/DC etc… They gave me a driving rush of energy that made me dream and come up with goals and ideas that I’d pursue for a lifetime! If anyone gets anything close to that when hearing this, then I’m a happy guy!”
