EDIE releases sophomore EP Garden of Edie that encapsulates vulnerability and self growth

On June 4, 2026-Boorloo/Perth artist, EDIE released her sophomore EP “Garden of Edie” that explores numerous themes that fans can deeply resonate to such as; toxic relationships, self-discovery, and anything else a young individual might experience.

Fall of Men” starts with an ethereal synth that blends well with Edies harmonic vocals that feels like the warmth of the sun. The track captures the mental exhaustion that comes with waiting for someone to change their ways which shimmers in the intimate vocals. There’s a quiet ache like a pit stuck in your stomach that won’t disappear and it causes emotional paralysis. “Fall of Men” is a confession of someone with internal conflict of holding on and knowing they need to let go. The dreamy textures showcases the narrator being naive and blissfully ignorant to the truth

This EP is about figuring out who I am in my 20s. Exploring a range of feelings from happiness to sadness to confusion. It’s cathartic and raw, and I hope it can resonate with someone out there!”

Burning” is the second track off the EP and it captures self-awareness knowing that a relationship is toxic. The realization holds such an emotional weight in the instrumentation and vocal performance that’s glossy.

Chemical” is filled with emotional numbness with hypnotic vocals and hazy synth layers that makes the listener feel like they are standing in the middle of the dancefloor embracing the pulsating beat while thinking about a certain person. The track is addicting and infectious that mirrors the toxicity of an obsessive mind.
